Research & Development
The Research and Development Division at the Afghanistan Canada Council (ACC) is dedicated to ensuring that its programs and services are data-driven and community-informed. We conduct comprehensive needs assessments, policy analyses, and program evaluations to guide strategic planning and improve service delivery.
Our research findings are shared with policymakers, service providers, and partner organizations to address systemic barriers and promote evidence-based solutions. We work to identify shared values between the Afghanistan diaspora and Canadian communities to foster understanding and build stronger relationships. Through rigorous research, we support advocacy efforts focused on equitable access to education, enhanced settlement and integration policies, improved mental health services and economic inclusion for Afghan Canadians.
